✅ Customers are entitled to request a return in the following cases:

If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

If the customer receives a product different from the original order.

If the product does not match the specifications or description displayed on the website.

If the received quantity is less than what is stated on the invoice.

If the customer wishes to return the product within the specified period (15 days from the date of receipt), provided that the product has not been used.

❌ Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

If the product has been used or opened in a way that affects its original condition.

If the product belongs to non-returnable categories (such as food items, health products, opened software, or products labeled as "non-returnable").

If the return period has expired.

???? Return Acceptance Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and original packaging.

The invoice or proof of purchase must be attached with the returned product.

The return request must be submitted via the official email or the contact form on the website within the designated return period.

Return Steps:

2. Send the order number + a description of the issue + photos showing the product’s condition (if necessary).

3. The request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 2–3 business days.

4. If approved, the return or compensation process will be arranged as agreed.

Refunds:

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
